or overall offensive themes. Also included are sites that distribute/promote spyware,
engage in, promote or facilitate in illegal or questionable activities such as pirating,
hacking, spamming, infecting, incentivized clicks, “pay-to-surf”, resident desktop
objects (bars/window frames), hosted by a free service, personal homepages, provide
free URL direction, or do not own the domain they are under and use timed banner
rotation or other auto-loading methods.
