 Damian Cristiani - CEO
Damian is a serial entrepreneur who is currently CEO of Crucial Interactive Inc. Prior to Crucial Interactive, Damian was involved in various merchant banking activities and private investments. Damian was also Co-Founder and President of Triad Distributors and Global Star Software, a successful software distribution and publishing company. In 1999 both companies were sold to Take Two Interactive Software Inc. and Damian continued to oversee the growth of both companies driving sales in excess of 120M, up to 2004 in his capacity as President. Triad Distributors was re-named to Jack of all Games Canada. Jack of all Games Canada Inc, a division of Take 2 Interactive Software, Inc. is an American Company listed on the NASDAQ. Damian also sits on the board of Transgaming Inc, (TNG-V) and ISEEmedia Inc, (IEE-V).
Petar Bozinovski - President
Petar has more than 12 years of online marketing and advertising experience. Petar is one of the original founders of Crucial Interactive and specializes in marketing and strategic partnerships with key contributions in new medias, and emerging technologies. Previous to this post Petar was Director, Media Sales at Geosign, VP, Marketing at Rydium and has held various digital marketing roles with Rogers Media, The CEO Group (which directed the first evolution of today’s career portal’s known as Workopolis.com and Working.com) and Kaplan Careers (a Washington Post Company).
